Stress, pain, sadness

My emotions take over my body

As I just want to let every scream out

Every tear out

And everything from keeping me happy out

But I can’t

I can’t feel stress

I can’t feel pain

I can’t feel sadness

I’m too young

As I feel like weighted down by these feelings

The feelings fades as I stroll through tiktok

The feelings burns out as I stroll through YouTube

The feelings numb as I waste time

I waste time

I waste time relying on technology

I waste time watching unnecessary

I waste time just to feel happy

But what defines my happiness?

My phone?

Why?

As I realize this problem

I’m going to change

I’m going to stop relying on technology

I’m going to limit myself from watching unnecessary videos

I’m going to stop wasting time

I’ll spend my time writing

I’ll spend my time creating a club to start change

I’ll spend my time researching major issues I care about

I’ll spend my time making the best out of it

Life is too short

Time is too short

But it doesn’t matter how long we’re on this earth

Our life and time is define by our actions

Our actions that we decide to make

Our actions that we learn from

Our actions that doesn’t waste time

I will stop wasting time
