I have been writing since i was 10 years old. Poetry pulled me out of a really dark world, and i would be wear i am today without it. My favorite poet is Maya Angelou. I am blessed to be able to have this opportunity to use my gift that i embrace so much to help me pay for college and furthering my education in writing.
