SLP
Student Leadership Program taught me that I should never let what I'm going through define me ,
No one knows what I go through as a person as a student as a teenager in our community in this time of our society,
but it showed me that I do not have to let people know what I'm going through,
Because at the end of the day it's not about the struggle its about what you bring out of it,
Whats your wheres waldo in your situation,
Its about the bigger picture,
and to me this is the bigger picture,
SLP Is the bigger picture,
SLP is change,
SLP is not just 3 letters randomly put together,
SLP is you and I am SLP,
I never thought that one day I would be so happy to wear a shirt,
but this right here this is not just a shirt,
Its the makings of something much bigger,
Much stronger than any of us alone,
But every 2 months or so when we come together we become that strength,
Those shoulders that this organization sits on,
and to me that's enough just being able to say yes I'm apart of This and yes I do not just make change I am change,
its just greatness, Its really is.
