Never knowing

October 1, 2018
Sitting alone waiting to hear the ring of the phone hoping your voice is the one I hear saying hello in my ear but a long time since I've heard your voice not by fate or by choice you never touch me anymore the distance is killing me will I ever pick up the phone and you be there the silence is killing me and it's not fair all I ever wanted you to know is I care and when you need me I'll always be there
