A Piece of the Puzzle

June 30, 2013

The never ending stream of thoughts
flowing from my mind,
escaping into the maelstrom, the chaos
that is my heart, my soul, my emotion.
Turmoil is the state of my being,
in these past days.
The raw desire I feel
as I think of you every minute
of every day.
Uncontrollable passion,
every ounce of my being.
I am a jungle, I am a wilderness.
I cannot understand myself,
I cannot contain the fire.
A calming, cleansing rain,
washing over me after a lifetime of drought.
I never knew what was missing before now.
I never knew I've never been more
than a piece of the puzzle.
