To Realize

August 30, 2018 ~ Thursday

They work hard every day to break you

So you have nothing left to go back to

Only forward

No desire to turn around and wonder

What you’re leaving behind

It’s in the past

Still, I’ll never let you go

I’ll never smile again until I’m smiling at you

For tears would fill my eyes

Because my heart would realize our romance
