The Reckoning

May 2, 2021

When it comes to how we really feel down deep, it is important to reflect on these things, sometimes daily, our promises we will keep to ourselves, and others we love. As sure as the moon and stars shine above. Why is it we do certain things, sometimes it can take time before we know. An instinctive creature am I. My heart I follow where it leads, because it knows more than I. What I must do for myself and others in this captured space of time which I call my life. In the scheme of things very small indeed. I know but very large to me for it is mine and mine alone. Captain of my ship I steer in a stern direction for my heart knows the way.
