The Busker

May 31, 2018
A smile across a face he brings,
Sometimes a memory or just some fun,
His fingers flit, up the stream of string,
Coins they toss for the sound he brings,
Lifting hearts and opening eyes,
He stands up and bows, lifting his cap,
The music he plays is strange but true,
It brings back the past but stops to soon.
