The Young Thinker

January 22, 2014
Reporters report more lost souls
Black gravel under rubber soles
Music awakens them through headphones
Cars blur past the kid with eyes of coal

Out the window he stares
Contemplating his reflection in the windows glare
Solutions pop into his head but the conclusions aren't there
For man only hears what man wants to hear

Politicians, religious extremist, different positions put this world on the brink
As the new generation the young thinker needs to speak
