Enlightened

October 28, 2016

I see myself now.

I see my problems and what caused them.

I see my loyalty and how its filled to the brim.

Sometimes I look back and wonder how?

I see my strengths,

And how I'm willing to go to distant lengths.

I see myself in the stars

I hear my thoughts in the wind

I feel as if I have been enlightened.

Reached my lowest of lows

And somehow managed to still take blow after blow after blow after blow

And wake up.

I see life now.

Happiness

Is what I see when I close my eyes and I knock out.

365 days ago this would have been a different story.

Hell, 184 days ago I wouldn't have been able to write it.

But now I feel enlightened.

Now I see how I am needed.

Cleared my mind,

And cleaned up all of what the debris did.

And there is peace.

Sit down and catch my breath,

And all the pandemonium seems to cease.

I see myself now.
