Steps to a Subway Greenhouse

April 12, 2014

“What could we change if I offered to help?”
Take note of this thought. Tape it to walls.
Stick this to billboards and light posts
and maybe the back of your head of you're bald!

Now look to your neighbor,
the one sitting right there,
make sure they notice,
and, (This is your cue)
recite it out loud,
“What could we change if I offered to help?”

It sounds very quaint, or perhaps very bold,
but let's make doers out of readers
no matter how old.

So stop reading these steps, and start on what counts -
that lovely person you're asking about.
