Ambition

April 1, 2014

A child with a lego construct.

With the wooshing of his voice and the power of his mind, to him, it flies.

A youth in class, outcast from his peers.

Gazing through windows as his eyes meet the clouds, in his mind, he flies.

A student, bent over his desk in study.

Pencil in hand with textbook open beside a cup of coffee, time flies.

A scientist pacing the floor with his team.

Computer flickering through simulations, they make it fly.

An old man, his age-long dream now realized.

His peers and brethren passing through the clouds, towards distant worlds.

The fate of man and a man changed, as it flies.
