Change

April 8, 2014

I'm walking through the streets, and what do I see?

I see a world that's in pain and struggling.

Watch TV and you see starving people who's stomachs are rumbling.

Everyone acting tough, because it's bad to be seen with Glee.

People sneeking and stealing because they couldn't pay the fee.

The homeless looking for shelter, cause their roof came tumbling.

Everyone so nervous that every litlle thing gets them fumbling.

Then I start to see all of the misfortune upon me.

But what about all of the hidden things that are good.

The thing we need to change is our perspective.

When you're speaking of good, there is a vast range.

You see a junk car but there's a great engine under that hood.

To see good, we need our vision to become more selective.

So our perspective is where we should look to change.
