ANXIETY

May 31, 2013
Breathing fast, dripping sweat Nothing and yet all I regret It may come suddenly or perhaps a build up of time How can I prepare for this burst of doubt? Closer one step may get me My unclear future I cannot see A burst of energy for times of need how long will it work to my plead Another solution must be made to trick myself into feeling sane to gain control of this physical reaction this mental penetration It is in fact an allusion...or is it? It is experienced. So it is real my body calling for a pause but I can continue on I move like a snail but are in fact on full speed It is up to me to break the streak to turn it around to make it less bleak Getting threw each stroke when they appear Not worrying about the next strike before the time is near
