Slipping away are the feelings I held,

The hopes, desires, and dreams I confidently yelled.

It’s as if now I’m stuck in a dark place,

To where my heart is shattered and my minds become erased.

My souls been transformed into an anchor that’s dragging me down,

I keep trying to swim even though I know I’ll eventually drown.

Now stands a body which is trying to finish the race,

Instead it looks like I’m digging a hole which could eventually burry my mistakes.
