Echo

November 6, 2024

Tears quietly streaming down my face

My legs are trembling

My hands are shaking

I’m Scared I can’t find my breathe

I’m looking for something, but all I can find is darkness

I reach out for support I feel my hand touch something

As fast as it turns into air

I whisper “help” I hear a voice

Then realize its my echo

I noticed a movement out of the corner of my eye I sprinted; petrified

And then I stopped

Fell on my knees

And cried I whisper “help”

I hear a voice

Then realize its my echo
