Dionysus, the man of greed

The king of ecstasy

The queen of mead

Dionysus, Dionysus, the graceful drunk

The dapper playboy

With charm and spunk

Dionysus, the lover

And dionysus, the loved

The patron of chaos

The guide for the lost

Dionysus, the outsider

Dionysus, the bastard

Dionysus, the one who only wanted laughter.

Dionysus, the partier

Dionysus, the stoned

Dionysus, the one who can never bear to be alone.

Dionysus, the motherless

Dionysus, the desperate

Dionysus, the man who always felt so helpless.
