Not Another Day
February 16, 2015
He held the gun close to his head.
"I just want to be dead"
He convinced himself it would be alright.
No one would miss him tonight.
Shaking hands, shaky breath.
He was waiting to greet death.
His note folded on the floor.
He made sure to lock his door.
"Goodbye cruel world.I've hated you so"
That's when he let go,
Collapsing to the ground.
Everyone could hear the sound.
Dead, they didn't know he was,
But now his mother screams because she does.
