Sick & Twisted

June 26, 2014

The sick, twisted thoughts of a sweet, innocent girl...

Yeah, that's me,  thinking of how depression is eating my soul,

Biting on my personality and gnawing on my broken heart,

Chewing on my spirit and spitting out my smile...

Yet I live like everything is rainbows and cotton cnady,

And life is just one big fairy tale.

The sick, twisted thoughts of a sweet, innocent girl...

Yeah, that's me, thinking that everyone I've ever spoken to will

Push me off of a cliff and watch me fall to my death.

Smile and take in every word I say and use it against me when I'm at my lowest.

I've heard, "Oh yeah you can trust me" multiple times,

And how many times did those words hurt me?

The sick, twisted thoughts of a sweet, innocent girl...

Yeah, that's me, thinking I'm constantly being lied to,

When it happens once from a person you thought would be honest,

It's hard to trust people you meet,

Which is why I don't...

The sick, twisted thoughts of a sweet, innocent girl...

Yeah, that's me...
