Why She Writes

June 19, 2013
Why does she write is the question of the hour Emotions all steaming as she takes a shower Trying to wash the pain away Trying to scrub the thoughts astray As of why no one understands how she made it to see another day They say "I know that she's been going through" "I know that she's been abused" "But somehow she manages to succeed over me and you" Her secret is.... She Writes She exploits the secrets of the night While keeping her vision clear in sight As Words fill the pages, she's not worried about wages She knows that the beauty of expressing herself will pay more for ages Epressions, Freedom, and a key held to life This Is, why She writes
