Incomplete

August 12, 2014

Alone...
I think to the days...
Where they are not so dreary, not so chilly...
The days not so shattered, no so battered

The grey sky marks my path
There's nothing to guide me now
Shadows dance along the way
Their eyes pierce my skin
Souless...

Alarms all around
Their blares deafen
Can no one hear me now?

My eyes sting with uninvited rivers, blinding my sight
Weary, weary, eyes
Cannot help but cry when the day never comes

I long for the glory days
I long to be loved
To be seen
To be heard

But, I take apart the puzzle
Missing Piece...
Incomplete...
