Keep this in Mind

November 7, 2017

Dear Little Brothers and Sisters,
When you have a relationship
Keep this in mind:

Hold their hand,
  to comfort them
Raise your voice,
in support of them

Do not demand
  ask and honor their response

Compromise on choice
Rejoice in your differences and sameness
Do not aim to harm
Aim to achieve, together

If your partner asks why you do,
what you do,
tell them the truth:
Because I love you,
I value you,
I want you to know you are  wanted.

I do this all because I love you.
