A Beautiful Path

July 2, 2013

It's been awhile since we talked,

It's just that talking has become hard,

Things have changed more than I thought.

You still follow that paved road with the weeds pulled out

Where the sun always shines

Where the flowers sprout

We had walked together on that beautiful path

But shit happened and I became a sociopath

You tried talking

But darling, I was in no mood

You tried stalking

But I hid well from you

For I had walked straight off into the forrest,

Pursuing my interests

Only my interests did me harm,

I became insecure and I fell apart

Wandering about,

Looking for what I've lost

Too bad my actions have come at such a high cost.
