Darkness lures
January 1, 2023
Once darkness lures
At corner street
Watching man pass
And woman bleed
With eyes that know
No rest in deed
And hands that grab
With scars that weep
You stop at it
Full force bestowed
Falls down a veil long wrapped and worn
In awe you look
-was i so blind?
So restless vain
Fulish and kind?
The darkness in
Full action speed
Strikes with a hand you feel quite steep
As sudden can a thunder be
So was the move
That wretched me
And gone it was
While I in pain
The veil fell down
No eyes dismayed
Here lied the great king
It read the lines
At night awake you lie in bed
Wishing for dreams to start the tale
