A Letter to Him

January 24, 2018

Dear Heartbreaker,

Thank you.

Thank you for breaking me and leaving me.

Thank you for destroying my confidence.

Thank you for the lies, the cheating, the arguments.

Thank you for taking advantage of me.

Thank you for the tears and depression.

Thank you for showing me exactly what I do and don't want out of love.

Thank you.

Because of you, I now know how to love myself.

Because of you, I'm stronger.

Because of you, I'm happier.

Because of you, I'm confident.

So thank you.

Sincerely, A Stronger Woman
