the good ole' days

June 24, 2013

Do you remember the good ol' days
when all we did was play?
I do.
The trees, grass, wind and us
mixed together in our favourite games
Three were many games back then
in the good ol' days
when all we did was play.
There was tag, of course
in many styles,
and then there were our two favourites
Girls chase boys, oh the memories
and boys chase girls
The tricks, the stunts, but most of all,
The fun.
Do you remember the good ol' days
when all we did was play?
I do.
I hope you do too.
