Swallowed

September 29, 2017

Sometimes I'd rather die than continue to be swallowed by this deep, dark, depression of mine

It's like a black hole that won't let go, and I can't escape with an inch of my soul

It won't let go and I can't control the pull it has over me

I feel dead inside but I want to feel alive

I can't find the switch that makes me want to thrive

So I'd rather die than be swallowed by this deep... dark... depression of mine
