Touch

February 11, 2015
Touch is love
touch is affection
Touch is something we all need
So why does touch just make me cringe
Why can't I stand the affection
Maybe its because touch is pain
I can leave a bruise
Not just on my skin but in my heart and on my mind
I'm scared not of the pain though
I'm scared of the love of the affection
Maybe its because people leave
And even when they're gone you can still feel where they touched you
You can feel every hug, every embrace
You remember how it felt to be loved
And when its gone
that's when the pain comes
A pain worse than any bruise, any broken bone
The pain of a broken heart
Is the worst pain of all
