Dear Broadway

February 7, 2018

The curtian rises

The anticipation is palpable as you see the colors and lights appearing.

I see the actors filling the stage, their emotions flowing from their mouths and into my heart,

Love, anger, jealousy, sadness, healing.

Then the curtian falls on stage, and once again the curtain rises on my life.

You fill my life with meaning and give me hope.

Whenever I listen to the music of Broadway fill my soul, it lifts me from the ashes of my life and transports me, to that brief moment of happiness

Thank you
