She is, He is

October 23, 2017

She is darkness. Pain and danger and fear.

He is light. Help and safety and comfort.

She is lost and broken.

He is a guide.

She finds him.

He finds her.

She finds the light.

                            He finds the darkness.

The darkness and the light become one.

But there is another dark. A dark so dark that it almost breaks them.

She fights the dark.

                            He fights the dark.

She is losing.

                            He tries to help her.

She sinks into the darkness again.

He reaches in and pulls her out.

She is not the same.

                            He does not care.

She is lost.

                            He is her guide.
