A SKY AFTER RAIN [SONG] - DOG DAYS ARE OVER

May 13, 2017
When the clouds block out the sky I won't forget There's still a sun, a sky after rain I'm still A little flower, letting go Of what I think I know Don't look down, And don't look back... Tell myself unless I'll fall To root to the very ground... I've got myself I need to live with what I have And stop pretending I'm not alive. Alive Alive~ ~Ooo... Aaa...~ A storm I won't let it be an excuse for staying in Now that's not the right way to win This war waged in me Between who I am and my naivety. Nothing left to say when I'm content With the reality, Within me Giving me a closer truth To me To me~ ~Ooo... Aaa...~ I've got myself I need to live with what I have And stop pretending I'm not alive. Observe my own sky Look at my life up in the sky See my spirit after rain A Sky After Rain A sky after Rain~ rain~bow~ A sky after Rain~ A sky after Rain~ rain~bow~ ~Ooo... Aaa...~ It gets better.
