Panic

June 26, 2013

It's the sweat

And the tears

And the hyperventilation

My racing mind

And the words that just won't come out

It's worries beyond comprehension

It's the feeling that you are nothing

And that your problems are everything

Waiting to creep up on you

And ruin the day again

It's time paused

And fastfowarded

In a whirlwind of thoughts and actions

It's trying to let go,

But still clenching the madness tightly in white-knuckled hands

Panic.
