Poems from fairiewood93
Down the road
through the forest
over a boulder
and through the branches
lies a meadow
The meadow dotted with daisies
and emerald green...
a tree sits atop a hill
its roots reach deep into the earth
searching, gathering
its trunk stands solid and strong
the bark rich and warm...
There are two kinds of shadows
one is visible in light
the other invisible and internal
The first is an inconstant companion
only available...
When a petal softly falls
into a mirroring river
it flats gently under branches and over rocks
gliding ever onward
where goes this petal?...
We are the children of the Apple
the iphone, the ipad, the ipod
our constant companion who never complains
never asks why
never gets angry...
