Inner Self.

October 3, 2016

Living a double life I am

Until somebody saves me

From this painful darkness

That awaits me.

Hungry wolves tear me apart

So I can feel free

So I can spread my wings

Like the angel that I have always been.

Darkness cloud thoughts,

It crushes my dreams of being alive

So, please somebody save me from this dark,

unforgiving room, some people call hell.

But hell is a place that I have called home

Just by seeing the flames I know I can be more,

More that other people expect

and no one can ignore.

This does not make any sense at all

Am I just dreaming?

This is why I recall

That is just the beginning.
