Insanity

February 26, 2015

Can you see it in my eyes?

The unnatural, pulsing spark that gives them that dangerous light.

Can you hear it in my voice?

The way it reverberates, long and hoarse.

Is it somethhing I've done?

No one deserves to live like this

The monsters behind my skull-

trapped and roaring,

clawing at my head from within.

As the blood runs down the walls

I realioze what I've done

I kiss your cold, lifeless lips one last time

I might be able to live with myself-

but you can't.
