Things Remembered

July 7, 2013

Woke up not seeing my dreams

Nightmares are coming true

Had alarmingly few times in my life I ain't know what to do

What I'm going through ain't nothing new

Guess I'll join the crew

Back against the wall

Rise or Fall

It's all up to you

It's all on me

I might lose

But I can guarantee

I won't

So take that for what it is and I'll disagree

But that's just me

Under pressure I see overachieve

Took a leap of faith not looking down

Watch me spread my wings

In credible dreams

Schemes

Working towards better things

The things I'm seeing

Nothing less than the best so best believe

I will succeed

Sow my seeds

Reap all the benefits

Time is money

Money is money

Neither is generous

Take it for what it is

Means to an end

The end of the road is known for transforming boys into men

The lucky ones

Others say fuck it son

Never learn

Stay stuck at one

Let time

Life

Fly by

Die

Period

Son

That's how it is

It's bad

That's how some live

It's sad

Once I learned to let go of things out my control

I got the game in the bag

I got the game in the bag

My drive at times drives me mad

Wouldn't have it any other way

Tell em why you mad

I just did

Can I live

Beyond a reasonable doubt

I'm trying to get to infinity and beyond

Then be out

Coach

Player

GM

Scout

Rough draft

Shipped him out

Brought him back to square one

Built him up

And shipped him out
