Let's be raw and emotional here,

Growing up, I shriveled away in the corners of the room 

enveloped in a young girls insecurities, 

I never really grew out of it, I still hid myself behind baggy sets of sweaters and trousers,

plus the added fact theat my own family would call me fat, put me down, broke my self confidence

Still, I managed to lift myself up, the inspiration, the daily muse, the heartfelt lyrics when i sang the blues

i sought for inspiration around me, whether it be music or art or a fellow human being

I made sure to look for the beauty in what I was looking at
