Every room, every building, the same thing each day. Come, in ,sit down, watch the teacher, take in all they say. Nothing new, nothing changed, no chances to expand, And yet we wonder why we live in such a single-minded land. Let us reach for our own ways, learn how we want and need, No more boring, same-old same-old, but let our minds be freed. Each person is unique, no one learns the same, Let our classes reflect that, be varied, let creativity be our aim. The greatest minds break the rules and twist tradition's path, And jumps in technology and thinking, even fantastic inventions are the aftermath. So don't mould us into the same person, either worker or a new teacher, but let us become artists, scientists, poets, writers, and our world will be that much richer.
