Catastrophic Changes

January 10, 2020

What the hell

When the hell

How the hell

Did that happen?

It was all

so normal

Basic everyday routines

Even I felt normal myself

I didn't feel

like I was hiding

I thought it had gone away

But then it came up

I don't remember how

and I told it

The full story

right down to

every

last

detail

Do I regret telling?

That is a question

I will most likely

never be able to answer

with complete confidence

But I told it

It seemed

for a while

that it was

insignificant

Nothing really happened

I had to initiate

a follow up

For my own wellbeing

That did not turn out

the way I expected

I was exposed

to the world

This secret

that I had kept inside

for so long

was completely naked

to everyone

I can't blame anyone

but myself

Why can I never pick

the right people

Every time

something goes wrong

They say it's for me

They say it'll help

Well

clearly

based on the present

It's not helping.
