warm

February 15, 2019
when will it end? Us? No. Separate the two and you get YOU and I. No more body heat shared, but I still feel your pulse. It will never flatline, our love. Yet I am so critical of myself; you left me so hurt. Maybe I am not alone anymore; physically yes. But emotionally, no. My body is alone. Body thick. Overflowing heartbeat for everyone to hear. Maybe we're not all connected. But this body is. This fragmented, dimensional body. With nowhere to go, and no one to please but myself.
