Arthritic

February 23, 2015
People think I have nervous habits and ticks.. I don’t. I know what I do most of the time, But I don’t have to be nervous to do them I bite my nails, bottom lip, Scratch all my nail polish off. Crack my fingers over and over, And break my nails off. I know I do these things. Most of the time But I can’t help it, I just have to do something. Regardless of how small, it has to be something self-destructive. At least one has become a bigger problem than expected. Pre-mature arthritis at 16.
