I'm losing patience, I don't know what God has planned. This anger is stirring , it's starting to get out of hand. What is holding me back? Is it the lack of faith? I'm falling apart I feel like such a disgrace. Holding on to the past is making me want life to go by fast. Oh God make me into the Man U want me to be. I'm in a prison of shame please come set me free. If having faith pleases God the most. Than my faith Is worthless causing me to feel eternally gross. This burden is weighing me down, I feel like an old man. Hesitant coming to God but i know that I can. I may look happy on the outside but I am crying on the in. This smile is a cover up cause in trying to hide my sin. I can't pretend this smile forever, my shame will be the death of me. God I cry to you, reveal your plans that will set me free. To believe in what we can't see is the hardest thing to do. Knowing that life will fail us, Lord we must come only to you. By faith we believe that Jesus died on the cross. By faith we believe that Jesus paid the ultimate cost. However, we lack faith when we think of our life purpose. Forgetting that Jesus died but rose over the surface. Fix our eyes on Jesus the perfect of our faith. For he set before the cross and scorning its shame. Hebrews 11 and 12 are educational chapters. Read it more than once, it has life changing factors. By the end if this poem you should be thinking about your faith. Is it pleasing God to the fullest or is it locked away in a safe.
