Making of the Devil in Me

October 16, 2012
Watching the moments of life pass, as if from the outside. Wishing I could retrogress to the sunlight shining on that midsummer’s day: a little girl, in a beautiful dress Grasping for some sanity; want to remain me tonight and not become this monster that ruined us inside, turned the light to darkness, made the devil out of the little girl in me People keep telling me no worries it’ll be alright: things they don’t know, can’t hurt them. They’re worrying is not helping; I’m crying tears of pain tonight. Grasping for some sanity; want to remain me tonight and not become this monster that ruined us inside, turned the light to darkness, made the devil out of the little girl in me This battle is dwindling down: I feel the finish is near, and this blood stained path shall be the end of me I truly fear, I will be the end of me Grasping for some sanity; want to remain me tonight and not become this monster that ruined us inside, turned the light to darkness, made the devil out of the little girl in me
