Paranoid

February 19, 2018

You scream and yell, threaten to kill yourself over the phone.

No thought to your actions or how I felt.

Years past and we're friends now, right?

Except I don't really want you in my life.

Scared of what you will do if I go.

I hold my breath and 'go with the flow.'

Its caught up to me now, the thought of you following my life forever.

I never loved you, I don't want to be forced to be together.

When I wake up scared that you're lurking over me.

I think about what happened to slither into my dreams.

I sit up quickly, while grabbing my sheets and think, and think 'God Will He Ever Be Over Me,

Will I Ever Be Free?'
