It

May 1, 2019

It is the one in your head.

It is the lingering feeling you get when no one is the around.

It is the one that haunts you night and day.

It is the one that makes you afraid to fall asleep.

It is the one that makes you afraid to wake up.

It is the one in your mind that won’t let go no matter how hard you try.

It makes you believe that you aren’t good enough.

It makes your hands shake uncontrollably

It makes you want to crawl out of your own skin.

It makes you not want to try new things.

It makes you want to stay in bed all day.

It makes you doubt yourself.

It makes you jealous.

It makes you crazy.

It makes you want to cry.

It makes you wish that you were never born.

It makes you want to die.
