Changing

August 6, 2013

Why is it things can never stay the same?
Everything constantly changing,
I need a timeout in this game
Before I yell out, screaming, raging.
When things finally seem like they're going as planned;
When your picture perfect fairytale's just been laid in your hand.
You're the princess and your prince has come.
You're the winner in the race just run.
But then you disappear,
It disappears.
Nothing is the same again,
It's like you've counted down from ten.
The feeling gone,
The spirit lost,
You want it to come back again.
