Maybe you think

April 14, 2016

Maybe you think

In the one week it took us to fall in love

I don’t need him

How could a teenager know what love is?

Maybe you think

In the 6 months and counting we have been apart

I don’t need him

How could time not heal the week together?

Maybe you think

In the one year he was an exchange student

I don’t know him…

But how could two souls not recognize their own?

Maybe you think

In this world there are others for both of us

I don’t need him

How could there not be another for me?

Maybe you think…

But you are wrong.

There is only him.
