Ana Anorexia Anorexia nervosa Ana My friend My best, closest friend You're there for me When I need you You whip me into shape You love me I can tell you do Because you praise me When I'm good Ana My friend Anorexia nervosa The doctor tells me You're no good But I know I will always love you You clearly Are the smarter one In this relationship Because when I feel fat You know the right things To say and do And when I feel good You tell me It's really not real Ana My friend My mentor and friend You've got my back Literally I mean It's poking out And I can feel The bumps Of my spine Ana Anorexia Anorexia Nervosa You've got it right Right? You know What I want Is to be skinny You know What I want Is for my bones To show Ana Anorexia Anorexia Nervosa I'm going to be honest Sometimes You're not such a good friend As I presumed But hey We all make mistakes Forgive and forget Right? Ana My friend Anorexia Nervosa I'll take your word for it I'm fat I'm ugly I'm worthless You know best Right?
