Choices

October 20, 2018
I feel like I give myself away Because I want to be loved. Because when I find out That somebody wants me, Even if only for my body I’ll give myself away Because other people Turned me away Because of that same body. I feel like I always choose wrong Because the right choice Would mean I can’t Just give myself away, It would mean I would have to break down walls, Walls that I put up So I’ll never get another scar. I give myself away, I choose wrong, I know what I’m doing I know I should do the opposite And yet, I give myself away, I choose wrong.
