Beyond a throw

Beyond a mess in the team 

Beyond a score 

 

Basketball is my sport 

A golden trophy 

That makes my world roll 

When I grab the ball and attempt a throw 

I get moments full of joy 

 

Sometimes the time could be a mess 

it doesn’t matter I’ll give my best 

For the love to the sport is greater 

Then what ever the score can say

 

Beyond sacrifice 

Beyond a match 

Beyond a victory

Beyond a lost 

Beyond the gold 

 

The only thing that I will 

Value and hold is the

 friendship that was created 

through the sport
